Train the next generation of Ninja Warriors with FreeG

Gymnastics WA is delighted to be hosting a FreeG coach workshop opportunity on Sunday 30 September at the State Gymnastics Centre to provide Clubs and Coaches a valuable opportunity to upskill in the exciting FreeG program.

Freestyle Gymnastics fuses traditional gymnastics and acrobatic tricks, with kicks and leaps made famous through martial arts and brought to worldwide attention by festival performances, stunt actors and in recent times by the TV program Ninja Warrior Australia.

FreeG gets hearts racing and develops a heightened sense of spatial awareness that can be put to good use in a variety of other sports (including boarding, biking, skiing, climbing and surfing).

Offering FreeG at your Gymnastics club will provide an exciting new way to retain existing athletes as well as attract new members.

Why not extend your coaching expertise to include the skills and know-how to lead FreeG sessions and add a new and fresh activity to your club?
