Gymnastics WA Searches for Education Administrator

We are currently looking for a Education Administrator to join our team in Leederville. 

To be considered for this position, you will need have some previous Administration and Customer Service experience. An understanding of the sport of Gymnastics is highly desirable

You will also need to demonstrate:

  • - Confident computer skills - Particularly with MS Office, Outlook and Excel
  • - Proven customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • - Organisation and time management skills
  • - Working with Children Card
  • - National Police Clearance


You will be responsible for the planning, promotion, successful facilitation and delivery of Gymnastics WA education courses and workforce development opportunities.

This will include, but will not be limited to:

  • - Coordinating and facilitating the administration of National Education Framework Courses
  • - Providing support and information to the gymnastics community
  • - Overseeing casual staff employed for courses and workshops
  • - Planning and coordinating the Gymnastics WA Education Calendar
  • - Ensuring all planning of Education Courses is prepared within the set time frames
  • - Keeping the Gymnastics WA website up to date with all relevant information regarding upcoming courses
  • - Liaising with venue management regarding internal and external bookings
  • - Planning and reporting
  • - Other various administration duties as required


The position is a full time role with an immediate start available. However, a flexible approach to working hours is required, due to the nature of working within a state sports association. The nature of the position requires some out of hours and weekend work, which is recognised in the remuneration package offered.

High Flyers Searching for an Operations Duty Officer


Are you a people person, looking for a challenge? We are hiring!

We’re on the hunt for an OPERATIONS DUTY OFFICER (to be the face of) and assist in running our entire operation.

As our Duty Officer, you’ll happily cover all aspects of the gymnasium, including:
    - Delivering a personalised customer experience and assisting handling enquiries
    - Meeting with stakeholders and finding solutions to any challenges that may arise
    - Adhere to all policies and procedures, whilst also developing and championing them

The Duty Officer will be required to work between 30 - 38 hours per week. Pay and conditions are as per the Fitness Industry Award 2020.

No previous gymnastics or trampolining experience required, just experience and qualifications in operations of business! With a positive attitude and the ability to work and lead a successful team, with all of our staff and clients.

High Flyers Searching for a Tumbling Coach


High Flyers is a family run private business in the northern suburb of Wangara in Perth, Western Australia. We employ around 45 full time, part time and casual staff and are one of the largest gyms in WA nestled in a two year old purpose built gym.

Currently we are looking for an accredited Tumbling Coach with at least a Gymnastics Australia Advanced Accreditation to join our team. You must also be available to coach other classes if required such as adults. This role will be 30 to 38 hours per week, depending on accreditations.

Visa holders will be accepted (subject to boarder restrictions and visa requirements) and we will require you to be conversant in English.

Salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, availability and experience. Pay and conditions are as per the Fitness Industry Award 2020.

Roleystone Gymnastics Club Looking for a Dynamic Head Coach

Roleystone Gymnastics Club (RGC) is seeking a friendly and dynamic Head Coach to lead and mentor our team of coaches and members.

RGC is a not for profit gymnastics club based in Karragullen, Perth. RGC has been running for over 30 years and, as a community club, RGC prides itself in being More Than Gymnastics. The clubs strongly values inclusion, belonging, creativity, teamwork and engagement. In this role you will be representing RGC and its values within the club and the local community.

The Role:

RGC is seeking a self-motivated and organised person to co-ordinate the day to day operations of the club on a part-time basis. This is a position for someone with strong public relation skills to work alongside our Club Administrator. It requires excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the maturity to plan and work both independently and part as a team. 

Required hours are:

  • Monday 9:45am-11:30am and 4:00pm-7:00pm
  • Tuesday 4:00pm – 7:30pm
  • Wednesday 9:30am-10:30am and 4:00pm-7:00pm
  • Thursday 4:00pm-7:00pm
  • Friday 9:45am- 12:30pm
  • Saturday 8:30am – 12:30pm

This will provide an available face to face contact for our club members.  Open to discuss some flexibility with face time.
Potential to extend hours and role as the club continues to grow.  Possible Permanent Part-Time for right candidate!

About You:

  • Hold Intermediate or higher coaching accreditation with GA
  • Able to produce annual timetable, floor schedules and coach rosters
  • Help develop and mentor assistant coaches, coordinating in house training systems
  • Develop and expand programs that fit within RGC’s More Than Gymnastics ethos
  • Coordinate and run special events such as Club Championships and other competitions
  • Have confident customer service, planning and some administration skills (or a willingness to develop these skills).
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Have strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, GymBiz an advantage but not essential.
  • Have a can-do attitude and be ready to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when required. Including working outside normal hours on occasions.
  • Must have or be prepared to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance Must have or be prepared to obtain First Aid Certification with CPR
