What is FreeG?

First developed by British Gymnastics, FreeG is an exciting combination of gymnastics, parkour, obstacle training and freestyle movement. Through a mix of dynamic games, skills, progressions and challenges, participants will develop their coordination, strength and agility. FreeG caters for people looking to participate in adrenaline fuelled freestyle sports.
