WHAT IS THE GYMNASTICS WA CONFERENCE?
The 2018 Conference is a professional development opportunity for club owners, managers, administrators and club technical members.
The conference will provide an opportunity to engage with and hear from experts presenting on an array of topics focusing around the ethos of; People, Purpose & Passion.
The three course dinner offers members of the Gymnastics WA community the opportunity to network in our industry and listen to our special guest Nick Marvin.
Technical members will receive Updating Technical Points for those that attend the conference.

Lyn Ledford – CEO and Partner of Cal Elite Kids
Cal Elite Kids based in Rancho Santa Margarita, California is an activity centre for kids specialising in gymnastics.
Lyn has an extensive work history with her past careers being an attorney, law professor and Dean of Academics at Southern California College of Law.
Lyn has presented at the national USA Gymnastics Congresses for the last 15 years, as well as written articles for USA Gymnastics.
Nick Marvin - Ex Managing Director Perth Wildcats and Perth Lynx
Nick over saw the professional club during its most successful era winning four national championships in eight years whilst delivering consecutive profits.
Prior to the Wildcats, he practiced as a Management Consultant to public, private and non-profit organisations in Australia and in the USA.
Nick is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM), a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Turnaround Management Association.
In 2015 & 2016 Nick was listed in the 100 Most Influential West Australians.
Jeeva Padayachee – Managing Director The Success Kit
The Success Kit started in 2014 with the main focus of helping others to achieve their dreams, goals and desires through personal development.
Jeeva’s working experience includes conducting training workshops, entrepreneurship, management, banking, real estate, and auditing and verification analyst.
Training and development has been Jeeva’s great passion for many years. Jeeva is a qualified trainer and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment through CBD College, Perth.
